excellent stay but room a bit small

The breakfast had a great variety and the staff made eggs perfectly. The bathroom facilities were excellent, adding comfort to the stay.

the staff were super amazin and made my stay so comfy. my room was really quiet and i had everything i needed, like decent wifi, tea, and coffee. they even took care of me and my mum really well since i was having an operation. the breakfast was good too, lots of options to choose from! overall, best hotel experience!

The hotel is situated just a stroll away from the beautiful hyde park and the iconic british museum, making it easy to soak in the sights while enjoying the lovely weather during my weekend getaway. the staff were friendly and the room was clean, but it could benefit from a bit of a refurb as the furnishings appeared somewhat tired.

Had a lovely three-night stay where I really appreciated the hot water in the small bath and the handy USB ports in my room. It was great having a cozy lounge and a little outdoor garden to unwind in after a long day. Just a heads up, the room was a bit snug, but it didn’t ruin the experience at all! 😊
